Death Anniversary of Captain General Syed Ali Ahmed Shah 2024

Chaudhary Shoukat Ali, Commissioner Mirpur Division presided over the death anniversary of Captain General Syed Ali Ahmed Shah, former President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, jointly organised by Directorate of Students Affairs, Ali Ahmed Shah Society, Department of International Relations and Department of Law of Mirpur University of Science and Technology MUST, Mirpur AJ&K on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at 1100 hrs in Mechanical Hall of the City Campus of the University.

The Speakers at the death anniversary of Captain General Syed Ali Ahmed Shah, Malik Shoukat Majeed former Secretary Government of AJ&K, Syed Nashat Kazmi, Advocate, President Ali Ahmed Shah Society, Chaudhary Shakeel Zaman Advocate, President District Bar Mirpur, Syed Qaisar Sheraz Kazmi, General Secretary Ali Ahmed Shah Society, Ms. Bushara Nawaz, Lecturer Department of Law & Mr. Mustansir Abbas, Lecturer Department of IR shed light on the vital aspects of life and the significant services for the people of Jammu and Kashmir by Syed Ali Ahmed Shah, the former President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir. They also honored and acknowledged his contributions and sacrifices for the Nation.

Prof. Dr. Zafar Iqbal, Director MUST Business School, Dr. Muhammad Altaf, Director Students Affairs, Mr. Muhammad Javed Malik, District Information Officer, Mr. Ansir Ali khan, Deputy Director Students Affairs, Mr. Naveed Shah, Admin Officer Students Affairs, Members of Ali Ahmed Shah Society, Faculty Members, Administrative Staff and people from civil society participated in the event.

The Chief Guest, Chaudhary Shoukat Ali, Commissioner Mirpur Division paid tribute to Ghazi Millat Syed Ali Ahmed Shah and also acknowledged the significant participation of Faculty Members, Students, and Administrative Staff of Mirpur University for organising the event.The session culminated with prayers for Captain General Syed Ali Ahmed Shah, Former President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir/Defence Minister of AJ&K & subjugated people of Indian Occupied Kashmir.
